"Logic Config ID is invalid" Exception when Performing the Assign Backhaul Shipment Action with More Options Selected (Doc ID 2278716.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When assigning a backhaul shipment in OTM, the following error is observed:

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

It is expected to be able to assign a backhaul shipment successfully with no errors.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1. Login to OTM and navigate to Shipment Management -> Shipment Management -> Buy Shipments
2. Search for and select a shipment
3. Select Actions -> Actions -> Fleet Management -> Assign -> Backhaul Shipment
4. Select More Options.
5. Enter Shipment Saved Query ID
6. Select 'Show Options'
7. The exception is displayed
