Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When creating a document in OTM with a WebCenter content management system (external to OTM), the following error is observed:

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It is expected to be able to create a document successfully in OTM with no issues

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1. Transmit an XML inbound that contains a new document to be created. Alternatively create a document manually in OTM with WebCenter specified s the CMS.
2. The document creation fails with the above exception.
