EBS Endeca Pages are Displayed as Blank Pages (Doc ID 2279797.1)

Symptoms

After doing the integration of Endeca with E-Business Suite, none of the Endeca pages are showing up in EBS.  Only blank pages are displayed and there are no errors listed.  All blank pages but no errors anywhere
