Symptoms
When opening a tender offer in edit mode, the shipment cost does not contain the total expected cost.
It is expected to have the total shipment cost when the service provider edits a tender offer, similar with the situation when the tender is opened in View Mode.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as SERVPROV
2. Edit the shipment
3. The shipment cost does not contain the accessorial cost
