Symptoms
After applying Linux Operating Patch 2.6.32-696.3.2.el6.x86_64 (with 9.2 glibc) application server domain servers such as PSAPPSRV and PSPRCSRV are generating exceptions (crash).
The stack trace for these servers is unique, as seen in process_state, and look like:
