Unreconciling a Cleared receipt in Cash Management does not update receipt status to Remitted
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Cash Management
Navigation: Bank Statements > Bank Statements and Reconciliation
2. Query bank statement
3. Identify the bank statement line reconciled to the receipt
4. Unreconcile the receipt
5. Query the receipt, status is still Cleared
