Symptoms

On : 12.2.5 version, Program Management
When editing a financial plan, using the 'Add another row' button, the following error is received:

Exception Details.
 oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: java.sql.SQLException: ORA-06510: PL/SQL: unhandled user-defined exception
ORA-06512: at "APPS.PA_PLANNING_ELEMENT_UTILS", line 3123
ORA-06512: at line 1
