INVIDITM: Non Lot Controlled Item Can Be Lot Status Enabled

Symptoms
Actual Behavior
Non lot controlled item can be lot status enabled
Expected Behavior
Non lot controlled item can not be lot status enabled.
The error should be shown
Lot Status can be enabled only if Lot Control is Full Controlled.
Steps
1. INV(N)Items > Master Items > Create new item
2. In Inventory tab, set Lot Control to 'No Control'
3. In Inventory tab, check Lot Status Enabled
-> Able to check Lot Status Enabled. No error message is shown.
