Goal

Why are Alpha Numeric Credit Card Numbers not processing correctly for iExpenses when using a 3rd party solution that encrypts the Credit Card Number in the GL1025 file.
e.g. a valid CC# 379455658671218 now comes into the system encrypted as 379455QGXNP1218.

The concurrent request for American Express Loader and Validation completes successfully however it only creates a recordin AP_CARDS_ALL with CARD_NUMBER populated with this Alphanumeric value.  No corresponding record is created in the IBY_CREDITCARD table.   Employees are unable to be assigned to this credit card.
