Symptoms

There is a performance issue in Service Contracts when running the QA Check.

Steps
1. Using a Service Contracts responsibility.
2. Open or create a Service Contract.
3. From the Actions menu select Check QA.
3. Find the process runs for around 15 minutes for the contract.

Changes

 The issue can be caused by applying certain patches.
