Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Performance issue during QA check post applying Patch RUP6.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
QA check should be completed in no time for single contract.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Service Contracts Manager (R) -> Contract Administration -> Launchpad, query for the contract.
2. From Actions -> QA check.
3. Request runs for around 15 mins for single contract.
