Symptoms

When attempting to apply <Patch 23705442:R12.PO.D>, the following error occurs in related AdWorker log:

FAILED: file porpocha.wft on worker 1 for product po username APPS.

ATTENTION: All workers either have failed or are waiting:

FAILED: file porpocha.wft on worker 1.
