Error while trying to update Grade step placement reason

Error is being raised when attepmpting to update grade step placement reason (Datetrack_mode value cannot be null)

ERROR
-----------------------

APP-PAY-07207: The mandatory argument date_track_mode cannot be null

Cause: The mandatory argument date track_mode has not been specified or has or has been explicitly set to null in the API.

Action: Either specify a value for the date_track_mode argument which is not null or contact your local support representative.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. From HR Manager find an Employee
2. Navigate to the Assignment
3. Click the "Others" button
4. Select Grade Step
5. Select a Reason from the List Of Values (LOV)
6. Error is received upon saving
