Symptoms
While scheduling the Performance Management Plan Republish program (PERPLNREPUB). The concurrent program is failing with the following error:
ORA-20001: The mandatory argument p_republish_values value cannot be null
Cause: The mandatory argument p_republish_values has either not been specified or has been explicitly set to null in the API plan_republish .
Cause: The mandatory argument p_republish_values has either not been specified or has been explicitly set to null in the API plan_republish .
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Start a new Concurrent process request.
2. Select Reevaluate Plan Population
3. Enter start date and Plan ID.
4. Error is reported and the plan fails.
