Items Not Visible In IProcurement Search After Database Upgrade (Doc ID 2284337.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1 - 12.2 version, Catalog Shopping

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After Database upgrade Items are not visible in iProcurement Search

Note: The issue will be resolved if open the item in Organization Items
form and make any changes to it - Save - revert the changes - Save.
Then the item itself will display in Search.  But this cannot do this for
each and every item.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Items would be able to be searched and returned

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. iProcurement > Shop > Search Store
2. Search ACME Store for item RoadrunnerCaptureDevice
3. No results found
