Symptoms
When using glog.webserver.item.PackagedItemManagementServlet for viewing Packaged Item, the data for Sequence Number, Packaging Unit, Transport Handling Unit, Inner Pack Count, Number of Layers on Ship Unit and Quantity per Layer fields is not displayed
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Copy Packaged_item screen set
2. Add the servlet for the View option under General Tab
3. Open the packaged item with the newly configure screen set
