Symptoms

Actual Behavior
Change Order created in one language insert data in EGO_ITEMS_ATTRS_CHANGES_TL for ALL language.
Change Order created from Application is inserting same data in EGO_ITEMS_ATTRS_CHANGES_TL for all languages due to which data updated in one language is getting updated in all the languages.

Expected Behavior
Change Order created in one language insert data in EGO_ITEMS_ATTRS_CHANGES_TL for ONE language.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Check FND_LANGUAGES   ==>should be able to change that without impacting the values in US and FRC languages.
