Steps to Reproduce

1.  2018-04 *** Addition CIP asset

2.  2018-04 *** Add Source Line with Amortization Start Date to CIP asset

    Amortized Adjustment        : Yes
    Amortization Start Date     : 01-JAN-2018 <--Here
    Line Amount                 : 2000

    FA_TRANSACTION_HEADERS ***
    TRANSACTION    TRANSACTION  AMORTIZATION CALLING   TRANSACTION
    TYPE_CODE      DATE_ENTERED START_DATE   INTERFACE SUBTYPE
    -------------- ------------ ------------ --------- -----------
    CIP ADDITION   01-APR-2000               FAMAPT
    TRANSFER IN    01-APR-2000               FAMAPT
CIP ADJUSTMENT 01-JAN-2018 <--Here       FAXASSET  EXPENSED

TRANSACTION_DATE_ENTERED is set "01-JAN-2018" which is Amortization Start Date although TRANSACTION_SUBTYPE is EXPENSED.

Usually, TRANSACTION_DATE_ENTERED is set the calendar open day when TRANSACTION_SUBTYPE is EXPENSED.
(Ex)TRANSACTION_DATE_ENTERED should be set "01-APR-2018" which is the calendar open day
