Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Shipping Transactions form

When attempting to open the shipping transaction form, the following error occurs:

ID XXXX for the flexfield segment Project does not exist in the value set PJM_PROJECT.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Order Management Super User Responsibility
2. Go to Shipping > Transactions
3. Error raised
