Symptoms
Problem Statement
- When Cancelling Sales Order Lines (Outbound) or Returned Lines (Inbound) the Following Error Occurs
- When trying to Invoice Sales Order lines the Lines are stuck at Fulfillment activity with the below error
ORA-01403: no data found in Package OE_Line_Fullfill Procedure Cancel_LineUser-Defined Exception in Package OE_Line_Set Procedure Delete Fulfillment SetCancelling lines result in 'Returned' status with the following error:"ORA-20001: OE_Fulfill_WF.Fulfillment(OEOL, XXX, YYY, RUN, E21,E22-1,E22-2,) Wf_Engine_Util.Function_Call(OE_FULFILL_WF.START_FULFILLMENT, OEOL, XXX, YYY, RUN)"ORA-01403: no data found in Package OE_Line_Fullfill Procedure Process_Fulfillment_Set
Steps to Reproduce
The issue can be seen with the following steps:
- Order Management Super User Responsibility
- Query the Sales Order
- Open the sales order and navigate to Lines
- Select Actions àCancel Line and Observe the above error.
- Try to Progress the SO Line which is stuck at Fulfill Activity and observe error
