R12 Unable to Change Views in the Task Summary Page in the Projects Self Service Web Application

Symptoms
When users change the view on the Task Summary page and hit GO, the same view is again brought up.
In some instances, when the profile option FND: Enable Rich Table Interactions is set to TRUE, the issue is resolved. In other instances, this does not fix the issue.
Steps to Reproduce the Issue:
1. Task Summary | View | 'Cost PTD and ITD'
2. Change the view to 'Cost YTD' and hit GO
3. The view returns to 'Cost PTD and ITD'
