R12 Project Draft Invoice Cannot be Found in The Invoice Review Form PAXINRVW.fmb (Doc ID 2288946.1)

Symptoms

When trying to query the project draft invoices on Invoice Review form the following error occurs.

ERROR
-------
FRM-40350: Query caused no records to be retrieved


STEPS
-------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Projects responsibility > Run PRC: Generate Draft Invoice for a Single Project
2. Projects responsibility > Billing > Invoice Review > fill in the Project Number > Click on Find > the draft invoice is not found
