On : 12.2.5 version, Logistics
When attempting to book the Return Logistics Line with Subinv entered
the following error occurs.

Error raise from calling OE_ORDER_PUB.Process_Line API
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Create a Repair Order, create Return Line, have the Subinv entered
2. Try to book the Return Line
