Symptoms
When running the Assign Equipment Type action, the Agent Event of "SHIPMENT - ASSIGN EQUIPMENT TYPE TO" is raised twice.
Steps to replicate:
1. Create an Agent with Agent Event "SHIPMENT - ASSIGN EQUIPMENT TYPE TO"
2. When Buy Shipment is selected, then Actions Fleet Management -> Assign -> Equipment Type is selected the email is sent twice although the logs show it is triggered once
