Project Requisition Cancelled But Funds Not Unreserved And Still Showing As Commitment (Doc ID 2291465.1)

Symptoms

User created Purchase Requisition and then cancelled it due to some amendments but the consumed budget was not reversed in Projects.

It can be seen the Requisition status is Cancelled at Header and Line level.

Even though Purchase Requisition is canceled, the commitments are not relieved and records for this Purchase Requisition still exist in PA_BC_COMMITMENTS_ALL table.
