Running command 'adpreclone.pl dbTier' fails after a 12.2.6 upgrade with the following errors:

/bin/cp: preserving permissions for `/test/oracle/appsutil/clone//jlib/oui/jlib/InstHelp_de.jar': Operation not supported
/bin/cp: preserving permissions for `/test/oracle/appsutil/clone//jlib/oui/jlib': Operation not supported


RC-00012: Error while creating cloning stage area.
Failed to copy OUI library /test/oracle/12.1.0/oui/jlib/test/oracle/12.1.0/appsutil/clone//jlib/oui/
Raised by oracle.apps.ad.clone.util.CreateCloningStage
Could not generate new Clone stage base area
