Cutoff Time Doesn't Display In The Stop Wait Time

Symptoms
A Cutoff/Recovery Time is configured for a Voyage. This is correctly used in calculating the times of the Vessel shipment. However, the Cutoff value is not indicated in the WAIT TIME of the Source stop of the shipment.
In contrast, the configured Recovery Time is included as the WAIT TIME of the Destination stop
