Attachments Lists At PO Requisition Header Level Doesn't Show Up (Doc ID 2292979.1)

Symptoms

Requirement to limit Attachment Type viewing restricted to "Short Text" only in user responsibility. To meet this need we performed following operation

1. extended seeded VO object oracle.apps.fnd.server.FndAttachedDocumentsDomExtensionVO vy modifying the query to limit short Text only for life cycle view user.

2. performed VO object substitutions

3. Dropped the the class file and VO objects on application server
xxsyf.oracle.apps.fnd.server.xxsyfFndAttachedDocumentsDomExtensionVO

after bounce of server it's working as expected for attachments via iSupplier Portals and iProcurement users for PR , issue shows only at Requisition Header level which Oracle builds a link and when user hit the link to view list of attachments it doesn't display anything other than saying loading
