Batch Element Entry (Self-Service) Is Not Showing LOV For Input Values. (Doc ID 2293920.1)

Problem Statement:


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When using Batch Element Entry (Self-Service) on input values,  LOV (which is associated with "Value Set" in the form "Input Values", not "Lookup") can not be seen.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When using Batch Element Entry (Self-Service) on input values, LOV(which is associated with "Value Set" in the form "Input Values", not "Lookup") should be seen.

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Define Element
    1-1.Open the form "Element".
    (N) Total Compensation -> Basic -> Element Description

    1-2.Enter Name
    1-3.Click the Input Values and enter the value in "Value Set" in the form "Input Values", not "Lookup"

  2. Check the LOV from form
    2-1.The LOV can be seen from form "Element Entries".
  3.  Check the LOV from SSHR

    This is a pre-req set up to be able to use LOV in Element Search in MSS.

    3-1.Open Element Entries from MSS
    3-2.Create the Batch and select Employee Name and Element Name.
    3-3.Click the icon "Input Values" and the LOV can not be seen.
