Currency Code Is Not Updatable For Catalog Items In Production But Can Be Updated In The Test Instance (Doc ID 2294832.1)

On : 12.2.5 version, Requisition Management

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In Production the Currency Code field is not update-able for Catalog Requests. However, in the Test instance it is possible to edit the Currency Code field for Catalog Requests.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It is expected that the Currency field can be updated in Production since it's working in the Test instance.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the iProcurement responsibility
2. Add a Catalog Item to the Cart and click View Cart and Checkout
3. Click Edit and then navigate to Update Line
4. Note that the Currency field cannot be changed

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot select the appropriate currency when creating Catalog requisitions.
