On : 12.1.3 version, Setup Related Issues

When attempting to query the transaction the following error occurs.

ERROR

"The system cannot determine geographical information for this location and cannot derive a tax jurisdiction. Please contact your system administrator"

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go in Trading Community Manager Responsibility.
2. Administration
3.Geography Hierarchy
4.Query the Country Code, eg: US
5. Select the Manage Validations icon
6. In the Geography Mapping and Validations table, attempt to uncheck all the boxes for the element in the Geography Validation column.

Validation setup cannot be modified per business requirements if no validation is needed on all the elements
