Symptoms

When attempting to enter a Meter Reading for completing a Work Order, the following error occurs.

ERROR
Error: Mandatory Flexfield values not specified for meter

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Responsibility: EAM Self Service Maintenance Super User
2. Navigation: Work Order tab > Complete Work Order > Go
3. Add increased meter value and hit go > Error appears
4. Mandatory Flexfield values not specified for meter
