Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, Forms for App Technology
When attempting to apply patch 16946854 fails when Compiling FNDCPMCP.fmx, the following error occurs:
Assigned: file FNDCPMCP.fmx on worker 1 for product fnd username <username>.
Assigned: file FNDCPVCM.fmx on worker 2 for product fnd username <username>.
Assigned: file FNDSCMOU.fmx on worker 3 for product fnd username <username>.
Completed: file FNDCPMCP.fmx on worker 1 for product fnd username <username>.
The following Oracle Forms objects did not generate successfully:
fnd forms/US FNDCPMCP.fmx
The adworker 1 log file, adwork001.log had following error message:
