Symptoms
On : 12.2.5 version, Purchase Order
When attempting to autocreate PO from PR,
the following error occurs.
ERROR

APP-PO-14142:ACTION.check_temp_labor_expense_pairs-001:ORA-0000:normal,successful completion
Cause:A SQL error has occurred in ACTION.check_temp_labor_expense_pairs.The SQL error is ORA-0000:normal,successful completion.
Action:Take note of both this error number and the actions you were trying to perform.Contact your system administrator for further assistance.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.In Purchasing Responsibility>Autocreate
Query PR:
2.In iProcument Responsibility>Requisitions
Change Order:
Delete Line
3.Go back to Autocreate form and autocreate PO from PR
