Symptoms


Users are submitting the request "Mass Update of Requisitions" Program and the old person parameter LOV does not show a contingency worker that has been move to a consultant


Steps to Reproduce

  1. Login To A Purchasing Responsibility
  2. Submit a new request and select "Mass Update of Requisitions"
  3. Attempt to pick the contingency worker in the "Old Person" List of values
