Symptoms

When querying an agreement created from the Project Contract's funding workbench form, the following error is received and must be acknowledged several times before users can proceed:

       Validation failure: Trading Partners TAS/BETC must be provided for Federal/General Fund Customers.

The error must be clicked 4 times before it goes away allowing the required data to be entered
