Symptoms
When you try to repack a ship unit with Menu: Shipment Management > Shipment Management > Buy Shipments > Actions > Shipment Management > Change Shipment Details > Repack S Ship Unit you receive error:
The parameter PERFORM SHIP UNIT REPACK is set to TRUE.
