have been populated to both header and line interface table.
However, po_12_P20179340.html showed the LAST_UPDATE_DATE=07-10-2017 17:00:35 (last_update_by=21112) for header. LAST_UPDATE_DATE=05-12-2017 00:00:00 (Last_update_by=42833) for line.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Customer expect the PO line can be marked as PO header with the following info:
LAST_UPDATE_DATE=07-10-2017 17:00:35 (last_update_by=21112)


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. populate po interfaces with last update date and last update by value.
2. run import standard purchase order
3. verify po_lines_all table
