Dunning Email Subject and Body Not Sent in Customer Language

When sending dunning emails from Advanced Collections, the email body and subject are not sent in the language defined for the customer. It works for some customers, but not others.
Steps to Reproduce:
Responsibility: Collections Agent
- Defined translations for the email body and subject profiles and lookups.
- Define a language for a specific customer and send dunning via email.
- Verify the email that is sent is in the customer defined language.
