Timezone CEST is not Showing the Correct Time on Order Release User Interface (Doc ID 2300376.1)

Goal

Can the time zone of CEST be used for locations? Timezone CEST is not showing the correct time on the order release user interface (time is still shown in UTC) although it is an order with a source or destination location with time zone CEST specified.

The same behavior is not seen when changing the timezone of the associated location to Europe/Paris for example. The time for the order is displayed in Europe/Paris time zone.
