All Inventory Value Report Not Showing Correct Extended Value After Back Dated Transaction

All inventory value report is not showing correct extended value after performing Average Cost Update with past transaction date.
All inventory value report is not showing correct extended value after performing the Average cost update.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Make transaction as below;
|Transaction Id||Transaction Type||Transaction Quantity||Unit Cost||Transaction Date||Prior Cost of this Transaction|
2.Execute Average Cost Update with past date (Backdated transaction) Unit cost = 214000 , transaction_date = 30/JUN/2016 (Sysdate:1/AUG/2017)
3.Inventory Value Report with As Of Date = 30/JUN/2016
4.Inventory Value Report shows as Quantity:2 and Extended Value:207300.
It is expected that Extended Value is shown as 428,000.00 (Unit Cost:214000 x 2)
