All Inventory Value Report Not Showing Correct Extended Value After Back Dated Transaction (Doc ID 2300446.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
All inventory value report is not showing correct extended value after performing Average Cost Update with past transaction date.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
All inventory value report is not showing correct extended value after performing the Average cost update.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.Make transaction as below;

Transaction Id Transaction Type Transaction Quantity Unit Cost Transaction Date Prior Cost of this Transaction
11111 Misc Receipt 1 205330 30-ARP-2015 0
22222 Misc Receipt 1 2000 30-JUN-2016 205330
33333 Subinventory Transfer 1 Null 1-JUL-2016 103650

 

 

 



2.Execute Average Cost Update with past date (Backdated transaction) Unit cost = 214000 , transaction_date = 30/JUN/2016 (Sysdate:1/AUG/2017)

3.Inventory Value Report with As Of Date = 30/JUN/2016

4.Inventory Value Report shows as Quantity:2 and Extended Value:207300.
   It is expected that Extended Value is shown as 428,000.00 (Unit Cost:214000 x 2)
