Symptoms

On : 12.1 HRMS RUP9 version, Catalog Admin

External Learners receives error when trying to access Oracle Learning Management (OLM) through the DMZ.

Customer has a need for external suppliers to access OLM through the DMZ to take a course.

Customer already has a DMZ setup because they are using Oracle iRecruitment.

The error received below usually occurs because the person record is not tied to their FND user account.
