Goal

OTM 6.4.2 does not honor the custom screen set created for a splash screen. The splash screen is assigned via a user preference and a URL is specified for the splash screen. When attempting to load the screen, the splash screen is not loaded. Are splash screens supported in OTM v. 6.4.2?
