When Entering Order Line in Sales Order Form, Unit of Measure(UOM) Is Not Defaulted After Entering Item (Invalid Warehouse)

Symptoms
Actual Behavior
In the order line window of Sales Order form, after entering Ordered Item then UOM is not defaulted.
This issue happens for RMA transaction type only.
And if trying to enter Primary UOM of the Item, then the following error occurs.
OE_INVALID_ITEM_UOM
"Invalid unit of measure for this item"
"Invalid unit of measure for this item"
Expected Behavior
After entering Ordered Item then UOM is defaulted.
Steps to Reproduce
- Enter Order with RMA transaction Type
- Go to line
- Enter Item
- UOM is not defaulted
