Ego_ext_fwk_pub, Execution_function, Ora-06502: Pl/Sql: Numeric or Value Error During Requisition Checkout (Doc ID 2302963.1)

Symptoms

On  12.1.3 CLM iProcurement users encounter error during checkout in iProcurement. When on the Requisition Information Page 1 and attempting to move to the next step, users receiving one of the following errors:


"EGO_EXT_FWK_PUB", "Execution_Function", "ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error"


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) Log into CLM iProcurement homepage > Shop tab
2) Add an item to the cart and click View Cart and Checkout
3) Scroll down and click the charge account hyperlink
4) Update the Charge Account and apply
5) Click check funds and Apply
6) Click next to proceed to the next page
