Error when Proxy User Clicks Return for Correction in Granted User's Worklist (Doc ID 2303118.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement:

In EBS release 12.2.4 Worklist Access was been replaced with the Manage Proxies functionality.

When clicking Return for Correction within a notification accessed by a Proxy user which was not granted both worklist and responsibility access the following error occurs:

You have insufficient privileges for the current operation. Please contact your System Administrator.

 

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  UserA grants access to their worklist for UserB (they do not grant responsibility access)

  2.  UserB access a notification from UserA's worklist
     
  3.  UserB clicks Return for Correction within the notification
