Symptoms
On : 12.2.6 version, Catalog items
Trying to assign/change an item to an Item Catalog Category (ICC) generates the following error:

Following items have uncompleted/uncancelled change objects and new item catalog category is not a child of the items current Item Catalog Category
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Search an item in Item Catalog>Simple Search
2. Assign/change ICC on the item and see the error upon save
