CST_MATCH_DATE_PERIOD Occurs but ACCT_PERIOD_ID Is Correct

When attempting to run cost manager, 'CST_MATCH_DATE_PERIOD' error is appearing in mtl_material_transactions table.
However, the error material transaction has correct acct_period_id for its transaction date, so it is not identified by below Identification Scripts of <Document 360117.1>.
