ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When approving the Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with more than a few hundred lines after the revision, the application hangs and it is non response for anywhere from 5 mins to an hour.
Issue happens both via core forms and webUI.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

When approving the Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with more than a few hundred lines after the revision, application should not hang.
