BWC - Page Exception While Clicking 'Approval Options' Button On Purchasing Document (Doc ID 2307660.1)

In Buyer Worker Center (BWC), users are receiving Page exception error while clicking 'Approval Options' button on Purchasing document  after making changes.

ERROR:
you have encountered an unexpected error

ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too small ORA-06512: at "APPS.PO_DOCUMENT_ACTION_PVT"

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Open Buyer Work center and search for a PO
2. Open PO in UPDATE mode)
3. Update the PO, change any value (for ex: I added a supplier contact) and SAVE the PO. (Status becomes ‘Requires Reapproval’)
4. Click on the button ‘Approval Options’ to select an approver.

But the page goes into an exception error
