Unable To Update Movement Statistics Record Using API INV_MGD_MVT_STATS_PUB.UPDATE_MOVEMENT_STATISTICS (Doc ID 2307853.1)

Symptoms

The API INV_MGD_MVT_STATS_PUB is being used to update the origin_country_code for dispatch type verified Movement Statistics records.
There are two symptoms:

  1. The API returns the status "S" (Success) however the change is not actually made.
  2. The change is made (as seen in the table data) but the record is till not being updated and/or the following error occurs when trying to review the record in the Movement Statistics form.

    FRM-40735: POST-QUERY trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-01403
